Assembly of winery in the Algarve (Silves) with:
- Red wine fermentation vats;
- Divided white wine fermentation vats;
- Storage vats;
- Always full vats with cooling jacket;
- Normal always full vats;
- Pneumatic press, filters, labeller, bottle-filling machine;
- Mass and transfer pumps.
